MOC Vahi

Vahi is an incarnation of the kanohi Vahi - the mask of time.
Mort gave it a body that would compliment its abilities (that's why it looks kinda futuristic/deep-sea diving)

The blaster on its right arm (like Samus - Metroid) can be used to 'freeze' his opponents (like freeze tag  ) - but stops time from moving around them. Using its powers with that of Olmak - Mort's team can now travel into limitless possible realities, times, places, etc.

His mask gives him great speed, as he can both speed up his own speed, while lowering those around him. While he cannot freeze a planet, he can freeze a certain radius around him - even if he travels, anyone within his radius would be frozen. truly a tricky one to fight.
